Message: Wonderful shop to work with. We broke down when my alternator went out. John was so helpful knowing we were from out of town with our 15 month old son. He and his staff immediately checked it out confirmed it was the alternator that had went out. He got right on the phone called around till he found the alternator we needed. He explained it was on the other side of Birmingham and he would do everything he could to get it to his shop before closing time. We had to wait for a few hours for it to be delivered, but they have a waiting room with AC n a comfy sofa. They made us feel right at home and kept us posted as to when it should arrive. When it finally got there they immediately pulled it in got to work on it and had it replaced in 30 minutes. They charged my battery back up and they were also able to explain why the alternator had went out so fast. I didn't know my Jeep had 2 batteries and the second one was bad and apparently had been since I bought it brand new. It only had 169 miles on it when I bought it. There was a indicator light on when I purchased it n the salesman said oh that light doesn't mean anything its just letting you know your battery n alternator are working fine. Wrong that light really means there's a problem with the second battery and the computer system was shutting down non essential functions. Like the start n stop feature I never knew my Jeep had and frankly didn't want. John was very informative and gave me solid advice on getting the rest of the problems fixed when I get home n take it back to the dealership. I was extremely satisfied with their service hospitality and prices. I will definitely keep his number because we travel to Birmingham a lot and if I ever break down again I will definitely call him. Good mechanics are hard to find but he and his staff are really excellent. His shop is also very clean n safe not dirty n scary like a lot of shops I've been to. Thank y'all so much for getting us back on the road headed home.

Message: I am very impressed with their honestly, timeliness and quality of work.. After having gone to the dealership (never again! ) I took our vehicle to these guys. Bruce was super helpful and the prices for the work were *significantly* lower than the dealership. In fact, there were some things the stealership was saying we needed done that actually weren't needed at all.. Overall, I can't recommend these guys highly enough! I thank them for their awesome service of our car and their customer service as well!

Message: My transmission cooler was leaking, so I brought it in to get fixed. I'm very pleased with the service.. The employees were very knowledgeable and professional. More often than not, when I take my car to a shop, I feel like I overpaid and/or I'm worried about the repair and leave grumpy. I feel very good about the work done and the price. I will definitely be back!
