Message: Wow, I cannot speak more highly of this company and the employee I just interacted with! My tire needed to be plugged and was in desperate need of getting it fixed and no where was open besides Walmart, and they had a 5 hour wait. I started looking around and noticed this place was listed as open (even though I don’t believe the shop was), but the employee told me to come in and he would fix it. He found the nail, removed it, and filled up my tire. When I tried to pay him, he refused! I’m so incredibly thankful for this kind gesture and for helping me out on a Sunday.. Hortons will be my first call when I have car troubles :).

Message: Excellent towing service & value. I recently had an unfortunate breakdown over the 4th of July weekend and Horton’s was able to immediately come pick up my car and drop it off back home within an hour and they were far cheaper than other services I called. My driver Derrick was super professional and kept me updated the whole way. 10/10.
